The P90X Workout Schedule

Here is a recent question:

I bought the P90X DVD, but it didnt come with the workout schedule as I paid half the price for it. Where can I find the P90X weekly workout schedule?

While I am sure some browsing online will help you find what you are looking for, you really do not need the written workout schedule to make P90X work for you. As far as workout plans go this is one of the best. You can make your own schedule if you just realize what the idea of muscle confusion means … Follow one set group of exercises for a given period of time and then completely changing it up with a new set so that your body can never get used to a given group of exercises…

So do  not worry to much about the specific schedule and instead think of your own schedule which uses the P90X idea of muscle confusion. Just take on group of exercises and work it for 2 weeks and then start a new group. It is really not that hard.
